Email Addresses and Signatures
Even something as simple as your Texas A&M email address or your email signature can impact the brand.
Instead of longer email addresses that refer to departmental email services/accounts ('xxx@trb-gw.tamu.edu' or 'xxx@vprndtmail.tamu.edu') consider using your '@tamu.edu' address. The 'Edit Email and Directory Information' option service lets you set what departmental or personal email account you want your '@tamu.edu' address to forward to.
When it comes to your email signature, use one of the following formats for your signature. The primary option contains your full information. The secondary option shortens the line spacing, and the truncated option can be used for departmental email or for mobile devices.
