How to Submit a 150th Event to the Texas A&M Calendar
Use this guide to add your 150th-related event to the Texas A&M University Events Calendar.
Before You Start
Make sure your event is:
- University-led or university-sponsored
- Related to Texas A&M University’s 150-year legacy
- Connected to the university’s Core Values or sesquicentennial themes
- Open to a broad university or community audience
- Located on the Bryan-College Station campus or in the surrounding area
- Final enough to include the correct title, date, time, location, description and image
Sharing Your Event to the 150th Calendar
To request that your event appear on the University Sesquicentennial (150) Calendar, use the Sharing and Privacy section at the bottom left of the add/edit event page in LiveWhale.
Selecting this option does not publish the event immediately. It sends the event to a moderation queue for review.
Events with a narrow focus or limited audience may not be approved for the 150th calendar.
Featured events are selected from approved 150th calendar events and are chosen at the discretion of the 150th committee.
For events that are not in LiveWhale, contact events150@tamu.edu.
